The new Arts Center in Lone Tree Co is looking for a full time marketing manager

Description: Under the general supervision of the Executive Director, responsible for creation, design and implementation of all marketing and promotional efforts for the Lone Tree Arts Center, a new multidisciplinary, multi-venue presenting facility that includes a 500-seat proscenium theatre; a 200-seat black box theatre; and a 300-seat outdoor amphitheatre (www.lonetreeartscenter.org). As the primary marketing employee on a small staff, the Marketing Director is responsible for meeting all established ticket sales and earned income goals of the Lone Tree Arts Center.

Lone Tree Arts Center Marketing Manager Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, public relations, advertising, performing arts, or other related field from a four-year college or university. Masters degree preferred.
- Must have 1 – 3 years of subscription and single ticket package design and implementation experience in a performing arts setting. Applicants without ticket package design and/or implementation will not be given priority consideration .
- Ability to plan and execute both strategically and operationally essential.
- Experience working with an integrated ticketing and customer service management software system, including building of packages, CRM data reporting and usage, and facile understanding of integrated ticketing, donor and email capabilities preferred.
- Strong writing skills in a variety of genres (press releases, advertising copy, etc.) essential.
- Commitment to patron satisfaction and extraordinary customer service essential.
- Some graphic design experience a plus.
- Demonstrated proven sales track record preferred.
