Commit to Fit Weight Loss Challenge Starts

Our popular weight loss challenge is back! This eight-week fitness and weight loss program is designed to increase physical activity and provide professional guidance and accountability for developing healthy lifestyle habits.
Last year’s participants lost a total of 431 pounds and 332 inches! Get off to the right start in 2012 with our experienced personal trainers and registered dietitian!
How it works: Participants will be divided into teams of three to four. Participants may pick their teammates or can sign up as a free agent and be assigned to a team. Prizes will be awarded to the team with the highest percentage of weight loss at the end of the eight weeks. Prizes will also be awarded to the top three overall individuals with the highest percentage of weight loss.
