Web site Features: The following features are included

Consultation – 1.5 hours of consultation time, in which MHWD shall determine clients needs and goals.

Custom Graphics – MHWD provides original graphic elements and layout of web site pages. (Client created graphics must be in .jpg, .gif, .tiff or .psd files)

Text – Up to 250 words per page, provided by client.

Links – Number of links per page depends on the size and structure of the web site; not to exceed 20 outside links per page for optimal search engine friendly pages.

Pricing

Web Pages $120.00 each (based on average 8.5 x 11 page ( 760 pixel wide page) (If the pages are for whatever reason non-standard, and additional time is needed, then that rate will be billed at $50/hour.)

  • This includes FULL optimization for search engines on each of your pages, and full key word and keyword phrase research.
  • A site meter on each page of your site so that the client can see exactly how many hits the site is getting, what “referrals” they are coming from, location of viewers, number of pages being visited per visit, and length of visit.
  • A link on to your site from MHWD’s web site.
  • A link from the Parker Colorado.net web site if you are in the local area.
  • A Press Release on any applicable BLOGS that MHWD is currently using.
  • Creation and placement of Meta Tags, Title Tags, Alt Tags, Robot Tags, html Google/Yahoo/AOL specific coding of key words and keyword phrases on ALL pages of the web site.
  • Submission to top search engines.
  • Inclusion in the DMOZ Web Directory.

Photography $50/hour (includes software adjustments, color correction, cropping, web site optimization for speed, etc.)

Maintenance $45.00/hour – Covers minor changes; text, photo, additional links etc. after the initial 30 days.

Marketing – After the initial setup and submissions. $40.00/month for updating of key words based on past months performance, re-submission of site to key search engines, generating monthly graphs of web site performance and monitoring of ranking on search engines for specific key words and key word phrases.

We can do simple updates on your site for you whenever you wish in 15 minute increments so it remains cost efficient to have an updated site as well as beneficial for your search engine rankings.

Training - $60/hour

Your own updates in Dreamweaver or Microsoft Front Page.

Want to do your own updates after the initial design is done? Just let us know in advance if you prefer Microsoft Front Page or Dreamweaver and you you can update your site on your own.
