The pedestrian tunnel beneath Parker Road (Highway 83). The tiles were decorated in Spring 2006 by art students from Chaparral HS, Ponderosa HS, Sagewood Middle School and Sierra Middle School, and dedicated on July 17th, 2006. Many Parker area residents are not familiar with this convenient facility.

Visit Jock and Jill's, Parker's only Sports Bar. I just visited a week ago, the food was great, service was friendly, and it's a non-smoking establishment. Other Shops include a Children's Clothing and Toy Store, a photography studio, a liquor store and various business offices on the upper floor.

20-Mile House Historic Landmark.

Just across the street from the newest building is the oldest building in Parker, Ruth Chapel. This building housed the first church in Parker Colorado and was then used by the Parker United Methodist Church for many years.
A favorite place for a small hometown wedding, and hosts the Open Mike Night each month. |

The Parker United Methodist Church purchased this building just next door the Ruth Chapel, added offices a gymnasium, and a large sanctuary space.
It was sold a few years ago to The Town of Parker, and now houses The Mainstreet Center. It is home to Town of Parker offices, the Kids Crew program, The Missoula Children's Theater, Fine Arts Displays, Parker Recreation Department activities, and Musical Productions. |
