Pride Auto Care Car Repair in Parker
With two, long-time successful full-service tire and auto centers in south metro Denver, why did the Pridemore brothers decide to buy an existing Parker car care business and set up their third shop there? Simple… they love this area and wanted their next great car care location to be right in their own backyards. “We were amazingly blessed to find the old Hometown store…it was just the right place for us.” says owner-operator Al Pridemore “Parker is one of the premier areas to live in Colorado and it’s a clean, beautiful, and growing city that still embraces the country charm that makes it such an awesome place to live and rear a family.’
Pride Auto Care in Parker is a Full-Service Tire & Auto Repair shop located just East of Super Target on Dransfeldt.

The brothers live play and work in Parker and the south metro area working to be a part of the community by supporting the Parker Chamber, Parker Arts programming, the Parker Chorale as well as the Parker Rotary club. “We know our friends and neighbors expect nothing but great, honest service and a fair price from us, and that is exactly what they’ve gotten for over 19 years now. We are now working on the second and third generation of drivers in many of the original families who’ve been our customers for 25+ years.”

The loss of Darrell Pridemore to cancer in 2016 was a blow to our Parker family and to honor his memory the Pridemore team feel blessed to be part of the Debbie Jackson & Darrell Pridemore Memorial Scholarship Foundation.
The golf tournament was a huge success again this year earning over $29,000 to support scholarships for Douglas County High School seniors who’ve overcome adversity in their lives to pursue higher education.
This year alone, $16,000 in scholarships were donated to 4 Douglas County HS seniors and more are planned for coming years. Over $100,000 has been donated over the last 15 years. Donors and over 140 golfers alike enjoyed one of the most successful golf tournaments yet. Plum Creek Golf Club and its customer-focused staff have been a huge factor in the Foundation’s success this year. “The course was in great shape and the golf was outstanding!” Thanks again to all our incredible sponsors, donors, and participants…what an amazing year!

About the Debbie Jackson & Darrell Pridemore Memorial Scholarship Foundation
The Debbie Jackson Memorial Scholarship was originally created in 1986 by Bunny and Wayne Jackson in memory of their daughter Debbie who died after a long and courageous battle with cancer in 1985 at the age of 24. Debbie was diagnosed with cancer when she was a senior at Columbine High School in Littleton.
In 2005, the Debbie Jackson Memorial Scholarship Foundation, a 501(c)(3) charitable organization was created to support the original scholarship that was given out at Columbine United Church and to add 2 additional scholarships for Douglas County students.
In 2007, the Board of Directors voted to remove the original scholarship from Columbine United Church and increase the amount on the Douglas County Scholarships to $2,500. Later in 2007, the Board voted again this time to increase the amount of the scholarships to $3,000 and add a third scholarship. These scholarships help students with some of the costs associated with attending college.
