Having a cross-cut shredder at home is convenient, but when you have
a big pile resulting from a lengthy paperwork purge, taking your bags and boxes of paperwork and mail to
a community event makes a lot more sense, and also saves you time. Don’t miss out…. the Stroh Ranch Community Association is sponsoring a community-wide Shred Day! No CD’s or drives please.

STROH RANCH ANTHOLOGY SWIM TEAM!

REGISTRATION OPENS MARCH 3RD!

If you are looking for an affordable and fun summer activity for your children, look no further! The SRA Swim Team is a Recreational Summer Swim Team that swims out of the Anthology and Stroh Ranch HOA Neighborhoods.
Non-residents are allowed to join the team, but residents get priority.
We teach youth swimmers (ages 6 – 18) how to swim technical strokes (Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke and Butterfly) and compete in swim meets.

Swimmers need to be able to swim at least one of these strokes 25 yards (one length of a pool) to join the swim team. The swim team season runs from Tuesday, May 27th to Saturday, July 19th

They practice four days a week and swim meets on Saturday mornings.

Electronic Recycling Day TBA:
Electronic Recycling Day in the community at the Creekside Recreation Center Parking Lot. If you have any electronics that you would like to safely dispose of, please bring your items to this event. Please note additional details regarding this service below:
• Accepted items are Computers/laptops, monitors, cell phones/iPods, fax machines/printers,
UPS’s, keyboard/mouse, flat-panel TVs and monitors only (no tube type TVs or Monitors), etc
(pretty much anything electronic).
• NO TUBE-TYPE TVs/MONITORS OR APPLIANCES ACCEPTED.

Thanksgiving Closure:

The Rec Center will be closed on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 28th. We will reopen on
Friday, November 29th at our normal time.

Christmas/Holiday Events: Save The Dates!!!

2025 date TBA – We will celebrate Christmas and the Holiday Season at the Rec Center.
Carriage rides, caroling, face painting, a visit from Santa, letter writing to our service people and
holiday treats. Join us from 3:00 – 5:00 pm for this festive time with Stroh Ranch friends and neighbors.
Saturday, December 14th, between 11:30 am and 1:00 pm Stroh Ranch “Santa drive by” with Chuck
and his fire truck. Santa and friends will be traveling all the streets of Stroh Ranch on an old fashion
fire engine distributing candy and to wish you all Happy Holidays! All you need to do is listen for the
siren and be out on your street (cul de sac families please be at the end of street to the cul de sac).
It’s a Stroh Ranch tradition you won’t want to miss!

Application Review Procedure of the Architectural Committee (AC): In order to try and improve the current homeowner architectural request submittal procedure, our AC has established a process for the receipt, review and response of all design review requests. The AC will schedule and convene meetings as necessary to review homeowner applications submitted to the management company, PCMS based upon the following schedule: a) owner applications with all required additional documentation received by the first Friday of the month will be reviewed by the AC for response to the owner by the third Friday of the month; b) owner applications with all required additional documentation received by the third Friday of the month will be reviewed by the AC for response to the owner by the first Friday of the month. These schedules are subject to change by the AC. Questions regarding submitting architectural or design review plans? The  Community Clean-Up & Recycling Event for 2024 TBA

Types of materials that will be picked up: Landscape Yard materials like limbs yard clippings, Construction Materials such as wood, drywall, decking, and carpet. Metal Materials like small appliances metal flashing, metal furniture, Household Waste- play equipment (broken into 4′ pieces), couches, bikes, and automotive i.e. bumpers, and seat upholstery.

NOT ACCEPTED:  Concrete, large stumps, chemicals, paint, refrigerators, a/c units lawn mowers, hazardous waste, tires, batteries

Teen Services Update: If you have previously registered your teenager for the Teen Services listing in the newsletter publication and your teen is no longer interested in having their name listed or has moved out of the community, please send an email to corpoffice@pcms.net and request that your teens’ name be removed from the list. The Association has received a few calls indicating that they have tried calling several of the teens listed and were told they are now at college or moved, etc.

Trash & Recycling in Stroh Ranch

The HBS Recycling Guidelines
Paper: newspapers, paper products such as plates/cups/towels, magazines,
phone books, and light cardboard such as cereal boxes.
Cans: aluminum cans & soup/vegetable cans. Please NO heavy metals.
Plastics: Numbers 1-7 are acceptable. Plastic containers that have held
anything other than water must be thoroughly rinsed out.
• No separating is necessary; you may combine all of the above for easy single-stream recycling!
• Wet or soiled recycling is considered garbage by the plant.
• Materials may be loose in any size container or bagged in clear or blue recycle bags.

Stroh Ranch residents also enjoy nearby shopping at the King Soopers Center at the corner of Stroh Road and Parker Road.

It’s only a few minute drive to King Soopers Grocery Store, Starbucks (inside Kings), Stroh Ranch Liquors, Chinese takeout, Carls Jr., RNK Running, Homemade Ice Cream and Cookies, Pet food and dog grooming, Antonios Pizza & Pasta, Walgreens, two gas stations, a UPS Store, a bank, martial arts, hair salon, nail salon, dry cleaners, car wash and much more.

Only 15 minutes from Castle Rock and the Outlet Malls, 20 minutes to Park Meadows & Southlands, and 5 minutes to Mainstreet in Parker you can see why Stroh is such an outstanding community.

Houses in the area run from the high 400’s to low 600’s along with three options for condo living with their own recreation facilities.

The Cherry Creek Trail runs through the middle of Stroh Ranch providing access to trails for walking, biking or running. The trails can take you all the way to Castlewood Canyon in Franktown to the Cherry Creek Reservoir in Aurora CO.
